Step 3: STAY BELOW BUDGET! Local venues will often offer discount packages for large groups that include food and entertainment – don’t be afraid to haggle prices.
Step 4: STAY ORGANIZED! Keep detailed records of options, final decisions, all paperwork and any other significant decisions and resources to pull the company picnic off without a hitch.
Step 5: INVITE AWAY! Design (or purchase) invitations and send them early to give employees plenty of time to RSVP and save the date!
